    8 Axles Electric Wire Cable Winding Test Machine

    *By rotating mechanism to turn the fixed electric wire cable forward / backward continuously to test durability of wire cable from setting accurately times of rotating circles and speed, in order to provide reliable, precise testing result.

    *Under each tested wire cable, it is able to change different testing weight, to apply different forces and made influence for each tested wire cable.

    *Machine equipped with 8 pcs wires cable winding test axles, it is able to test different wire cable at the same time, to enhance testing efficiency.

    *With HMI human machine interface, capable of input and saving each tested data value directly.

    Characters :

    *By test setting, it is able to set the numbers of testing circles, to test 8 axles wires cables respectively.

    *It is able to set numbers of forward backward rotating circles each time, stroke speed, stopped time, numbers of total tested times.

    *With detecting function during wires was broken, it is able to detect loop manually and automatically if wire cable was broken, and also to display it by light on HMI screen.

  • System Impact Testing Equipment

    The testing equipment is simulating the free fall method in classical mechanics,

    simulating the environment of actual application, accurate and realistic, suitable for testing the resistance of medium large test parts in industries such as aviation, aerospace, ships, defense, electronics, and automobiles, as well as scientific research and development.

    The shock waveforms available as follow: half-sine wave, trailing edge sawtooth wave: trapezoidal wave

    System is no foundation required, equipped with imported air springs for shock absorption and hydraulic damping, making it easy to install and use. There is no impact on surrounding instrument.
